Wherever there is an end
There is a new Beginning.

The Life brought into 
one person
becomes the Joy of another.

And somehow
in time
that Life is made complete
by Joy.

And we grow.

It only looks just right
from one perspective
But it does look right.

And it has been something,
having your face in my presence again.
In the presence of my wife
and children
for the first time.

When I say good-bye this time,
I will pack you up and send you to your father
in Bloomington.
I will again hold you
and say good-bye.
But this time I have work on my hands 
and Joy in my heart.
